Karen has also worked as a professional fundraiser in the voluntary sector and the arts since 1989 and has been involved in raising funds for both capital and revenue projects. Prior to becoming a consultant she worked with The Traverse Theatre, The Princes Trusts in Scotland and The Scottish Museums Council.

Ailsa Roddie
Ailsa is a Fundraising Researcher in the team, responsible for extensive on-going research into the corporate and trust sectors, as well as developing funding proposals and reports.

Christie is a Trainee Fundraiser working on research
into grant makers, developing funding proposals, grant reports and communications.

Fiona Leishman
Fiona has worked as a professional fundraiser in the voluntary sector and the arts since 1989 and has been involved in raising funds for both capital and revenue projects. Prior to becoming a fundraiser she worked for the Foreign Office in the Commercial Department of the Consulate in Auckland, New Zealand. Returning back to the UK she worked as an Account Manager for an Advertising Agency. Her first fundraising job was with The Royal Lyceum Theatre Company followed by fundraising for The Big Issue and its charity The Big Issue Foundation.
